Ultherapy
Deep scaffolding work
Ultherapy is a non‑invasive ultrasound device (by Merz Aesthetics,) that lifts and tightens skin by delivering focused ultrasound energy into the deep supporting layers of the face and neck. It uses real‑time imaging to see exactly where energy is being placed, then heats tissue at precise depths to stimulate new collagen formation over months.
Used to Treat
Skin laxity of the lower face and jawline
Gradual lifting/tightening under the chin and along the jawline (“non‑surgical facelift” effect).
Neck laxity and bands
Tightening the skin and underlying support structures of the neck.
Brow lift and upper eye area
Subtle elevation of the brow to open the eyes and reduce hooding.
Chest lines and wrinkles
Improving lines on the upper chest (décolletage).
Think of Ultherapy as “deep scaffolding work”: it doesn’t resurface skin or remove pigment; it firms the underlying support to lift and tighten.
